The DURAClone RE AML 2 Tube is an 8-color/8-antibody reagent that allows identification and characterization of normal vs abnormal myeloid progenitor cells even at very low frequencies (measurable residual disease, MRD). It shares a set of 5 antibody conjugates with the DURAClone RE AML Tube 1 (D13230) for complementary use of both tubes while leaving PE and APC channels unoccupied for addition of markers of specific research interest (compatibility to be verified by the user).

It contains 2 Compensation Kits, each kit containing eight tubes, each of a single color: CD4-FITC; CD34-ECD; CD117-PC5.5; CD33-PC7; CD123-APC-A700; CD45RA-APC-A750; CD4-Pacific Blue; CD8-Krome Orange. All tandem dye-labeled antibodies are lot-matched.
