DURAClone IM Innate Lymphoid Cells
Product No:C96081
Identification of 3 subtypes of rare innate lymphoid cells.Innate lymphoid cells (ILC) play an important role in innate immunity, lymphoid organogenesis, tissue remodeling and inflammation. They form a phenotypically and functionally heterogeneous population that can be categorized into 3 groups, i.e., ILC1, ILC2 and ILC3. ILCs can be found in various tissues including peripheral blood. ILCs do not express an antigen-specific receptor and are primarily defined as CD45+LineagenegCD127+ cells and are further differentiated into 3 subpopulations based on CD294 and CD117 (ILC1 CD294negCD117neg, ILC2 CD294+ and ILC3 CD294negCD117+). ILC3s are further delineated into NCR+ and NCR- based on expression of CD335 (NKp46).
